TabTrade Review - A Look at This New CFD Broker

Tab Trade — What It Is

TabTrade went live in Q1 2026. CFD broker based in Saint Lucia, licensed through the Financial Services Regulatory Authority. The person who started it is Benjamin Boulter. Before this, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, a well-known broker.

That last detail matters. It suggests the founder knows how a proper broker operates. That is not a guarantee. It is preferable to someone with no brokerage experience.

TabTrade came out of the gate with execution through Equinix servers. Same facilities prime brokers run on. Usually a new brokerage focuses on ads and sign-up promos. These guys led with infrastructure. Not the typical playbook.

The instrument list: forex, indices, metals, oil, energies, softs, stock CFDs, cryptocurrencies, ETFs. A wide spread. For something this new, the breadth is not narrow.

The Software

They offer: MT5, cTrader, and a WebTrader. Both MT5 and cTrader from a single account. A lot of brokers pick one platform. Having both makes a difference. Pick what suits your style.

MetaTrader 5 is what most people know. Full charting, Expert Advisors, huge user base. If you have traded on MetaTrader before, it is familiar territory.

cTrader by Spotware is the cleaner option. Better DOM. Smoother chart interaction. cBot support. Many people like it better than MT5 once they try it.

Direct FIX connectivity is offered for bots but needs the VIP account ($25,000 deposit). TradingView is said to be coming. That should round things out once it is live.

Costs

Three levels: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard. Spread starts at 1.0 pips. No commission. Straightforward. Zero deposit requirement. Good for people who want simple pricing.

Edge. True raw pricing from 0.0 pips on average. Flat commission of $3.50 each way. Total cost: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On majors, the actual interbank spread is frequently below 0.2 pips. Meaning your actual cost per trade can be under half a pip. That is cheap for a broker with $0 to start. Most brokers that have spreads this tight require a minimum deposit. Tab Trade does not.

VIP. $25,000 deposit required. FIX connectivity, faster fills, tailored rates. Not for most retail traders. Do not worry about it unless you move real size.

How Fast Are the Fills

The execution is the thing this broker actually does something different. Equinix LD4/LD5. Under 30ms on Edge. Under 20ms on VIP. Those are institutional numbers. Most retail brokers operate at a much wider range.

Does this affect you? If you scalp, it does. The gap between fast execution and sluggish execution is profit or loss on tight trades. If you hold positions longer, you will not notice. What matters is the setup is serious. That signals they are not cutting corners on the tech.

Put together those fill times with the Edge account pricing and the overall offering makes sense. Few brokers in this bracket have infrastructure at this level.

The FSRA Question

This is the detail you need to be straight about. Tab Trade is under Saint Lucia's FSRA. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No FCA. No fund protection scheme. If that makes you uncomfortable, look elsewhere. Plenty of FCA-regulated options out there.

However. Benjamin Boulter came from BlackBull Markets, a tier-1 regulated broker. The server placement is expensive. Scam brokers do not invest in proper execution infrastructure. That does not guarantee anything. But be part of your assessment.

What you are accepting: you give up tier-1 protection. In exchange: 1:1000 leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, no minimum deposit, fast fills. Whether the trade-off is worth it comes down to your priorities.

Welcome Offer

Tab Trade has bonus funds of up to two thousand dollars. Usual sign-up bonus. You fund your account, the broker add bonus funds. Standard terms apply: trading volume requirements before you can withdraw the bonus. Check the terms before you deposit.
